Tyler Corik (2130-2197 AD) was first mentioned in the story Station Gen. II, in which he solves a sabotage mystery. Tyler Corik is the first member of the Corik Family mentioned in the ASA storyline. He is a lieutenant at first, but is referenced later as one of the most important generals in the early ASA. Shortly after his triumph on a space station in the outer rim of the solar system, he united the solar system together under the banner of the ASA, changing it from something reviled to something revered.
Tyler Corik is mentioned at the end of Of Money and Monsters by Harry Edwards, who draws a quote from ‘some famous ASA general’ before Martin, his friend, reminds him that the general’s name was Tyler Corik, the man who united the solar system.
Tyler Corik is also spoken of in Alien Academia, when Shane Melniz makes a discovery about Daniel Georges’s parentage and its relation to Tyler Corik’s first triumph on the outer rim station.
Tyler’s name makes an appearance through the ASA storyline, referencing his accomplishment of bringing unity and his successful striving for peace.
